- Communications Strategy and Oversight (50%)
- Lead all internal and external communication efforts to align with the mission, vision, and values of PCC.
- Develop and implement a church-wide communications calendar that integrates ministry areas, events, and sermon series.
- Oversee weekly communication deliverables, including the email bulletin, website content, social media, and announcements.
- Manage the design and execution of all visual assets (graphics, slides, print pieces).
- Provide brand clarity and consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Capture and share compelling stories of life change across digital and in-person platforms.
- Manage communications workflow and requests across departments, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and excellence.
- Worship and Creative Direction (30%)
- Partner with the Lead Pastor and Worship Department in designing cohesive Sunday services and seasonal events.
- Lead creative planning for sermon series, service elements, and aesthetic expression (visuals, lighting, transitions).
- Guide the use of testimonies, videos, graphics, and visual storytelling to deepen spiritual impact.
- Set vision for stage design and overall visual expression for Sunday worship and special events (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Baptisms).
- Ensure all creative components uphold theological integrity and artistic quality.
- Team Leadership and Administration (15%)
- Direct and motivate a creative and communications team of staff and volunteers.
- Develop efficient systems and processes to support the communication and planning campus-wide and to the broader community.
- Oversee ministry budgets.
- Foster a team culture of collaboration, feedback, creativity, and spiritual growth.
- Other duties as they pertain to and aid in supporting the ministry's principal objectives.

- 5+ years of experience in communications, worship, or creative leadership (preferably in a church setting)
- Demonstrated skill in storytelling, brand management, and content strategy
- Experience leading teams and managing complex project workflows
- Proficiency with creative and communication platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Planning Center, ProPresenter, email and CMS systems)
- Visionary and detail-oriented
- Capacity to mentor and disciple staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable
- Ability to lead Sunday Worship when necessary (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and spiritually focused environment
- PCC’s Sunday gatherings are compelling, well-planned, and Christ-centered.
- All church communications are clear, timely, mission-aligned, and visually excellent.
- Staff and volunteers feel supported, inspired, and effectively led.
- The Gospel is communicated beautifully—from the stage to the parking lot to the inbox.
- Ability to maneuver throughout the 16-acre campus and Worship building, including multi-level stairs, confined backstage spaces, and uneven surfaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs frequently
- Must adhere to PCC’s Safe Church policies, including mandatory background check.
- Full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week.
- This position is expected to work Sundays, church holidays, as well as some weekends and evenings
